📜 Terms of Service

By placing an order at Aggie Artisan Woodworks, you agree to the following:

1. All products are handcrafted from solid wood; variations in grain, knots and colour are natural and not considered defects.

2. Personalised orders begin production immediately and cannot be cancelled once started.

3. You are responsible for providing correct personalisation details.

4. Shipping delays caused by couriers, weather or customs are outside my control.

5. International buyers are responsible for customs charges.

6. Misuse or incorrect installation of products is not covered under returns or refunds.
