Cancellations

Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their bespoke nature, the following items cannot be returned:
• personalised items
• engraved items
• custom-made sizes or designs
• memorial items
• items with selected wood stain/colour
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and videos orginal boxes and product
We will replace or refund your item.
