Because each item is handmade, personalised, engraved, carved or custom-finished, the majority of products in this shop are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Engraved pieces

Made-to-order wooden products

Items with custom finishes (stains, waxes, paints)

✅ Returnable items (if not personalised):

If an item is NOT personalised, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition. Customer pays return postage unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Please contact me within 48 hours with photos of:

the item

the packaging

the shipping label

A replacement or refund will be arranged depending on the situation.
